We’re already in to week two of 2017 and just back in the Diddy Rascal’s office after a well-earned break following the all the festive fun and New Year’s celebrating.

Back to work and back to the New Year’s Resolution.

It’s January and so, along with the rest of you, our thoughts have turned to getting fit, losing weight and eating more healthily.  These three headline our national top ten (according to a BUPA poll of 2,000 Brits) followed by spending more time with those we love and taking more care of our own wellbeing.

That’s all to the good, but we’re older and wiser this year.  We know that making a NY resolution is one thing, sticking to it is quite another.  So the most helpful thing on the internet is not the list of top 50 resolutions (who has time to even read that, let alone act on it?!) but the top tips on how to STICK to them!  Read it here: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/wellbeing/health-advice/common-new-years-resolutions-stick/

Thankfully, for us here at DR HQ, we already have one New Year’s resolution we’ll definitely be able to keep: keep partying!
